Orders are prepared within 3 to 5 business days after payment confirmation. During promotional periods, this timeframe may be longer.

Orders are shipped via CTT Expresso or GLS. The available carrier is displayed at checkout according to the destination and the characteristics of the order.

Transit times begin once the order has been dispatched and are provided for guidance only.

Mainland Portugal: 3 to 5 business days;
Europe: 5 to 7 business days;
other countries: 5 to 10 business days.

The total delivery timeframe includes both the order preparation time and the transit time.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout before the order is confirmed, taking into account the destination, weight, carrier and any applicable promotions.

CRIVO® offers free shipping on orders of €120 or more, exclusively for Mainland Portugal.

Where applicable, the customer will receive a dispatch confirmation by email together with the available tracking information.

Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties, taxes or other local charges. Unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout, these charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

If the packaging shows visible damage at the time of delivery, the customer should, whenever possible, report it to the carrier and contact suporte@crivoportugal.com, including photographs of the packaging and the product.

The customer must check all details before completing the order. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, repeated absence or failure to collect it, the customer may be responsible for the cost of reshipping.
