CRIVO® does not receive or retain the full details of the cards used for payment.
Purposes and legal grounds

issue tax documents and comply with legal obligations;
prevent fraud and protect the website;
analyse and improve the service, subject to consent where required;
send marketing communications where consent or another applicable legal basis exists.

Personal data may be shared only to the extent necessary with service providers that support CRIVO®’s activities, including hosting, technical maintenance, payment processing, invoicing, carriers, customer support, marketing and analytics providers, as well as with competent authorities where required by law.

billing and transaction data: for the applicable statutory period;
account and customer support data: for as long as necessary for the customer relationship and the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims;

technical data and cookies: in accordance with the periods indicated in the cookie settings.
Security
Appropriate technical and organisational measures are adopted to reduce the risk of loss, alteration, unauthorised access or disclosure. No system is entirely infallible and absolute security cannot therefore be guaranteed.
Rights of data subjects
Under the applicable rules, data subjects may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and object to processing. They may also withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.

Complaints
Data subjects may lodge a complaint with the Portuguese Data Protection Authority, Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados, without prejudice to any other available remedies.
Newsletter and restock alerts
Subscription to the newsletter is voluntary and may be cancelled using the link included in the messages. An email address provided for a restock alert is used to manage that request and send the relevant notification.

Children’s data
The website and online shop are intended for persons aged 18 or over. CRIVO® does not knowingly collect personal data from persons under the age of 18.
