These Terms apply to access to the website and to orders placed through the online shop. Before completing a purchase, the customer must read these Terms, the Privacy Policy and the commercial conditions presented at checkout.

CRIVO® endeavours to present product descriptions, photographs, features and prices accurately. Slight differences in colour or texture may occur due to the screen, lighting or the inherent characteristics of the materials.

The prices displayed include VAT at the applicable legal rate, unless otherwise stated. Shipping costs and any other applicable charges are presented before the order is confirmed.

The presentation of products on the website does not, by itself, constitute final acceptance of an order. The contract is considered concluded after the order has been confirmed and payment has been validated, without prejudice to cases of manifest error, unavailability or a well-founded suspicion of fraud.

The available payment methods are Multibanco, Payshop, MB WAY, credit card, EuroPix, Google Pay, Apple Pay and Pagaqui. Payments may be processed by external service providers, and CRIVO® does not store full card details.

Orders are subject to product availability. If a product becomes unavailable after purchase, the customer will be contacted and will receive a refund of the amounts due or another solution expressly accepted by the customer.

The current conditions regarding order preparation, carriers, delivery times and shipping costs are available on the Orders and Deliveries page and in the information presented at checkout.

Without prejudice to the applicable legal exceptions, the consumer has 14 days after receiving the product to exercise the right of withdrawal. The procedure and applicable conditions are set out on the Exchanges and Returns page.

Products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity applicable to consumer goods. In the event of a lack of conformity, the consumer is entitled to the remedies provided by law.

The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided and for the secure use of their account. Any unauthorised use or relevant error in the order details must be reported promptly.

The website may not be used for unlawful or fraudulent purposes or in any way that may harm CRIVO®, other users or the operation of its systems.

The content of the website, including the brand, design, texts, photographs, videos and graphic elements, is protected by the applicable intellectual property rights and may not be reproduced or used without authorisation, except where permitted by law.

The processing of personal data is explained in the Privacy Policy, and the use of cookies is explained in the Cookie Policy.

CRIVO® is not liable for delays or failures resulting from events beyond its reasonable control, without prejudice to the consumer’s mandatory legal rights.

In the event of a consumer dispute, the consumer may refer the matter to a competent alternative dispute resolution entity.
